Bbq Dry Rub
1 T Chile, ground, new mexico 1 t Garlic powder2 t Paprika, hungarian 1/2 t Mustard, dry, coleman's
1 t Cumin, powder 1/2 t Pepper, black, freshly groun
1 t Coriander, ground 1/2 t Thyme, leaves, dried
1 t Salt 1/2 t Curry powder
1 t Onion powder 1/2 t Allspice, ground
Mix all ingredients. Rub on meat and refrigerate the night before
smoking.
