2 tablespoons salt
 2 tablespoons sugar
 2 tablespoons brown sugar
 2 tablespoons ground cumin
 2 tablespoons chili powder
 2 tablespoons black pepper
 5 tablespoons sweet paprika
 7 tablespoons hungarian hot paprika
 2 tablespoons granulated garlic
  
 Mix well and rub on meat before grilling, smoking, baking, etc.  The
 longer it's on the meat before cooking the better the flavor will be
 in the meat.
