Title: Asian Black Bean

2 tb black bean sauce
 1/2 ts dry mustard
 2 tb dry sherry
 2 tb soy sauce
 1 tb sesame oil
 Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
 Makes about 1/2 cup.
 For poultry, pork, lamb.
