500g fish fillets
 25g melted butter
 1 Tbs vinegar
 1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
 1 Tbs lemon juice
 1/2 tsp dry mustard
 1 tsp sugar
 1/4 tsp salt
 pepper to taste
 1/2 cup crushed potato chips
 1/2 tsp paprika
 Cut fish in to serving size pieces and arrange in a round pyrex
 dish.  In a jug combine all ingredients except the potato chips
 and paprika.  Heat on HIGH for 1 minute.  Spoon this mixture over
 the fish and sprinkle with the potato chips.  Cook on HIGH 5 - 6
 minutes.  Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
