Title: Chocolate Sauce

Chocolate Lover's Ice Cream Sauce

1/2 cup chocolate syrup (like Hershey's)

30 Hershey's Kisses, unwrapped

In small heavy saucepan combine syrup and Kisses, stir lightly.

Cook over very low heat, stirring constantly, until Kisses are

melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat. Spoon sauce over

ice cream. Serve immediately. Cover, refrigerate leftover sauce.

About 1 cup sauce

To reheat: in large bowl containing about 1 inch very hot water

place smaller bowl containing sauce. Allow to stand several minutes

to soften, stir to desired consistency.

Microwave Directions: in small microwave-safe bowl combine syrup

and Kisses, stir lightly. Microwave at HIGH (100%) 15 seconds, stir.

Microwave additional 30 seconds, stir until Kisses are melted and

mixture is smooth. If necessary, microwave additional 15 seconds

or as needed to melt Kisses.

To reheat: Microwave at HIGH a few seconds at a time until warm.
