Sugar Free Bran Muffins

1 c bran

1 1/4 c flour

1 1/4 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 c vegetable oil

1 c apple juice (or other unsweetened fruit juice)

1 egg beaten

1 Tbls. honey or fruitose sugar

Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients; mix

well. Bake in greased muffin pan at 350 degrees for 7-12 minutes.

(About 1 dozen)
