No-Fat Carrot Cheese Balls
6 ounces fat free cream cheese1/8 teaspoon cayenne
2 Tablespoons chopped onion
2/3 cup grated carrots
8 drops Worcestershire sauce
chopped parsley to garnish
16 fat free crackers, any type
Combine all ingredients except crackers in medium bowl; mix well.
Roll mixture into 1 inch balls. Sprinkle cheese balls with chopped
parsley. Chill for 2 hours. Serve with crackers. Makes about 16
balls.
