Low-Fat Chicken and Asparagus Salad
24 ounce can white chicken in water2 Tablespoons minced green pepper
1 onion, chopped
1/4 cup fat free yogurt
1 can asparagus tips, drained
1/4 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup fat free mayonnaise
3 whole wheat pita bread pockets
Drain water off chicken. In large bowl, combine all ingredients
except pitas, mix well. Cut each pita in half. Stuff equal amount
of chicken salad in each pita. Serve immediately. Makes 6 servings.
