1 1/2 cup flour
 1 cup sugar
 1/4 cup cocoa
 1 teaspoon baking soda
 1/2 teaspoon salt
 1 teaspoon vinegar
 1 teaspoon vanilla
 1/3 cup oil
 1 cup cold water
 Mix together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.  Add all
 at once the vinegar, vanilla, oil and water.  Mix well. Spread in
 greased and floured 8x8" pan.  Bake 350 degrees, about 30 minutes.
