Low-Fat Cream Cheese Fruit Pie
8 ounces fat free cream cheese1/2 cup strawberry preserves
4 ounces Cool Whip Free
9" reduced fat graham cracker pie crust
3 cups mixed fresh fruit, your choice
1/3 cup current jelly
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
In medium bowl, combine cream cheese and strawberry preserves. With
electric mixer on high speed, mix until smooth. Blend in Cool Whip
Free with mixer on low; mix well. Spread mixer over bottom of pie
crust. Place fresh fruits over cream cheese filling; set aside. In
small saucepan over medium heat heat, cook jelly until melted;
stirring constantly. Stir in almond extract. Brush glaze over fruit.
Chill pie for 30 minutes. Makes 8 slices;
