Barbecued Corn
1 ear unshucked corn1/2 tablespoon melted butter
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pinch black pepper
1/2 tablespoon water
Mix all of the stuff except the corn into the melted butter.
Skin back the shucks from the corn, remove the silk and spread the
mixture over the kernels. Replace the shucks and wrap in foil.
Grill over charcoal or bake in oven for 30-40 minutes, turning every
so often. Skin and eat.
Herbed Corn on the Cob
1/2 cup butter or margarine - softened
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. thyme
8 sweet ears of corn
