 Subject: Handy Indian Recipes 

2 tablespoons   ground coriander
 2 tablespoons   ground cumin
 2 teaspoons     ground cardamom
 2 teaspoons     ground cinnamon
 1 teaspoon      ground cloves
 1 teaspoon      ground nutmeg
 1 teaspoon      ground turmeric
 1/2  teaspoon      cayenne pepper
 1 teaspoon      freshly ground black pepper
 Combine all ingredients.  Stir well.  Store in an airtight container.
 Use to season vegetables, sauces, soups, etc.
