Curry I

1 oz. each of ginger, coriander and cardamom

1/4 oz. cayenne

3 oz. tumeric

Curry, either in powder or paste form, has its flavor developed in

olive oil or ghee (clarified butter). The paste is then cooked in

a low oven for several hours before final preparation with the main

food.
