Title: FINNISH RYE

SOAR

   1 1/2   c            Water
   1       pk           Yeast
   2 1/4   c            Whole whear bread flour
   1 1/2   ts           Salt
   1 1/2   tb           Oil
   2       ts           Sugar or honey
   1 1/2   c            Rye flour
  Place all ingredients into the breadmaker as the manufacturerstates.
  Use the white bread cycle.
